Overview

Prior to being a practising attorney, the founder of the firm spent a number of years as a Senior Executive in the financial services sector. He therefore brings valuable corporate experience which enables the firm to provide holistic legal solutions for its corporate clients.

His legal experience includes being the Head of Defended Litigation at Van Breda & Herbst Attorneys, a boutique law firm based in Centurion specialising in insurance law litigation, contract labour law and commercial litigation.

The firm instituted and defended action relating to motor vehicle collisions, commercial insurance claim disputes, contractual disputes, and personal claims on behalf of one South Africa’s top insurance companies. Before that he ran the firm’s busiest branch office, the Johannesburg office which he expanded its services to double the number of jurisdictions it was servicing.

His responsibilities include developments of new business as well as overseeing the day to day management of the firm.
